What information is needed for a birth chart / horoscope?
In order to create a horoscope, I absolutely need the birth date, birth time, and birthplace of the individual(s) in question. The birth time is crucial because without it I cannot calculate the ascendant (and thus the complete horoscope). It must also be as accurate as possible: even a deviation of a few minutes can completely alter the horoscope. Without the correct birth time, important information is lost or inaccurate.
For a forecast or retrospective analysis (horoscope for three or twelve months), I also need the time period for which the horoscope is to be created.
If you want me to determine the optimal date for a wedding or the founding of a company, I need proposed dates (up to a maximum of five) or a time frame of no more than three months during which the event could take place. Additionally, I need to know the city where the wedding will occur or where the company is to be established. When it comes to founding a company, I also need information about the field of activity (e.g., restaurant, hair salon, construction company, IT services, etc.).
What happens if I don’t know my birth time?
To get the exact birth time, it’s best to review documents such as the birth certificate or baby health record. If you don’t find it there, you can try asking at the birth registration office (in your place of birth).
The simplest approach is to ask your mother or other close family members. However, they usually can’t provide the precise minute of the birth time. Information like “in the morning” or “sometime around midnight” is only moderately helpful (for example, for birth time correction).
If the birth time isn’t certain, a birth time correction can be attempted, but this process is time-consuming (which is why I don’t offer birth time correction). And this method is more effective for older individuals, as it involves analyzing significant life events. If the person in question has never been married, has no children, etc., determining the exact birth time becomes very challenging.
My recommendation would be not to proceed with horoscope creation if you don’t know the exact birth time. Even a discrepancy of 10-15 minutes can alter the entire horoscope. This would mean that I would provide you with incomplete or, in the worst case, incorrect information. It would be a waste of time for both of us, and you might end up wasting money as well.
When will I get my horoscope?
“Good things take time.” The horoscopes that I offer are not generated automatically. For the interpretation of each individual astrological chart, I dedicate several hours, which can vary depending on the complexity of the horoscope. Therefore, I can’t simply say a number of days needed for the delivery.
When you order a horoscope, you will receive an email from me containing all the information, including the deadline when I could send you the horoscope. You can then decide whether you would like to proceed with my services or if the timeline doesn’t suit your needs.
Can I ask a specific question?
Yes and no. You have the option to choose a horoscope where I specifically analyse a particular area of your life. If you have general questions about that life area, I might be able to answer them. However, I cannot answer specific questions or make decisions on your behalf.
Examples:
Questions I can answer: “How do I behave in relationships?”, “What character traits should my spouse have?”, “What talents do I have that could help me in my career?”
Questions I cannot answer: “Should I marry him/her?”, “When will I have children?”, “Should I apply to company XY?”
Please note that astrology can provide insights and guidance, but ultimately, the decisions and actions you take are up to you.
I need information about my health or help for finding an operation date. Can you do that?
No, I don’t offer this service. I have studied medical astrology, but I don’t have any medical qualifications. Therefore, I cannot provide advice on health-related issues. If you have health concerns, it’s best to consult with a medical doctor. From me, you might learn about which parts of your body are more sensitive (natal chart) or gain insights into your overall well-being and vitality (transits). However, I will not make statements about (serious) illnesses or surgeries.
Can I get a printed version of my horoscope by mail?
Yes. I don’t offer this directly because it involves more effort and higher costs. However, in exceptional cases, I can send you the horoscope by mail, and if desired, even nicely bound. You would need to cover the additional costs for printing, binding, and postage. If you’d like to receive the horoscope by mail, please mention this when placing your order. I will provide you with the relevant information, and you can then decide whether you’d prefer the printed version or stick with the digital one.
Can I choose a specific period of time for the horoscope?
Yes and no. You can set the time frame, but depending on the type of horoscope you’re ordering, it can cover a maximum of three or twelve months before or after the current date.
Example: If you order a horoscope for three months on the 1st of May, you would have the following options:
- Retrospective: Horoscope for the time frame of February-March-April.
- Retrospective and forecast: Horoscope that starts before the current date and ends after the current date (e.g., from April 1st to the end of June).
- Forecast: Three months from the current date, covering May-June-July.
In this case, I wouldn’t provide a forecast for, let’s say, November of the previous year.
Why would I need a retrospective horoscope??
In most cases, customers are interested in a forecast. However, it can sometimes be helpful to review the transits of the past months as well. In specific situations, this can reveal, for example, what triggered the current situation. This makes it easier to understand challenges and find solutions.
Can I cancel my order or postpone an appointment?
I make all horoscope analyses myself (no artificial intelligence or automatically generated horoscopes!), and that requires a significant amount of time.
If we established an appointment for an astrology course, rescheduling is possible at any time without providing reasons. However, I kindly ask for understanding that a free cancellation is possible up to two calendar days before the appointment. If this notice period is not met, a fee of 50 percent of the costs will be charged (to compensate for my preparation work).
In the case of an emergency preventing your participation (such as illness, etc.), we will arrange an alternative appointment. In this scenario, you will only be charged for the course itself, without any additional costs.
If you’ve ordered a written horoscope (PDF file or, exceptionally, by mail), you cannot cancel the order. The horoscope is not pre-made; it is individually created and interpreted for you. Therefore, there is no right of withdrawal in this case, and you must pay the full fee.
How can I pay?
All the fees must be paid in advance. As payment method, I use PayPal. For persons living (or having bank accounts) in the European Union, bank transfers are also an option.
How do the gift certificates work?
Surprise your loved ones by gifting them a horoscope, for instance, on their birthday! You don’t even need to know their birth details. All the horoscopes and courses I offer are available as gift certificates. When you purchase a gift certificate, you will receive a PDF file from me containing a unique voucher code. Upon request (at no additional cost), the document can also be personalized. In this case, the recipient’s surname would be included on the gift certificate.
The gift certificate can be used within a year from the date of purchase. When the recipient decides to redeem it, they will need to send me the necessary information (such as their birth date, time, and place).
Can we meet in person?
You will receive your horoscope analysis as a PDF file by email. Astrology courses are conducted exclusively through platforms like Zoom or Skype (potentially using alternative tools that allow screen sharing if needed). In-person meetings are not possible.
